We work with trusted suppliers to offer trendy, high-quality items. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided by suppliers and are intended for reference only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, slight variations in color, size, and finish may occur. If a Product you receive differs materially from its description, please contact our support team for resolution.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices shown on the website are in the currency indicated and exclude any applicable taxes, duties or customs fees unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You warrant that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination and product and are estimated at checkout. Because we operate on a dropshipping model, some items ship directly from supplier warehouses; this allows competitive pricing and a broad product range but may affect transit times. We offer fast-shipping options where available , selected at checkout. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Money-Back Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following policy:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery unless the product page states otherwise.
• Items must be returned in their original condition unless agreed otherwise.
• Return shipping costs will be handled as described on the product or returns page , sometimes covered by us, sometimes by the customer depending on the reason for return.
• We provide a Money-Back Guarantee for qualifying cases (e.g., damaged, defective, or materially not as described). If your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
